Hey Wanted to post my issue here since I had no luck with Reddit. For over a year now my account on BF1 for PS4 has been completely unplayable because of some extremely wonky glitch with the user interface. I have no idea how I got this glitch but nothing that I do will fix it so I assume my actual profile with the game is glitched out and not the game itself. I have attached a link to the Reddit thread I originally created that documents the issues I have along with a video showcasing the broken profile in action. I hope you are able to get this fixed asap because its a real shame I'm still unable to play this game.
Community AdminWeird UI and sound issue you're having. Have you tried a power cycle lately?

If that doesn't fix this, try restoring the license if it's a digital version.
Not sure if you've tried a reinstall of the game yet, but if you have the game installed on an external hard drive make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues.

So I tried all the suggestions you provided but they were all to no avail. Any other ideas? Are you able to take a look at my save file and troubleshoot it for yourself?

In the link above there is a similar issue but the weapons tab is showing medals. Can you take a video clip or screenshot of what you're seeing?
Thank you for the previous posts you listed. I have attached 3 images:
1.) The first is the screen I see when I go to Customize Soldier, and then choose, for instance, the Selbstlader M1916 to customize. You'll notice there is no "Visuals" option listed.
2.) The second image shows my Battlepack Inventory, where you can see I have many skins to choose from.
3.) The third image was taken when I was choosing a weapon in-game. You can see I am able to choose weapon skins at this point, but not from the Customize Soldier screen.
I'm not sure what to try next, but I hope there is something you can suggest. Thank you again for trying to help me out.
Any other suggestions based on the images I uploaded? Just curious if I should try to pursue this any further, or give up entirely. Thank you for any additional help you can provide.
