I am unable to change weapon skins under the Visuals option on the Customize Soldier menu on the PS4. The Visuals option is no longer there when you press the Triangle button when choosing a weapon. It started happening late last year, and it still has never reappeared. EA Support is no help, and pointed me to these forums. Has anybody else had this issue?
Any other suggestions based on the images I uploaded? Just curious if I should try to pursue this any further, or give up entirely. Thank you for any additional help you can provide.
@EA_BlueberryWell it has been over a year since I joined this thread and I still cannot customize soldier from the menu on PS4. Also A new issue has surfaced, My dog tag counts are all messed up. I think the counts have been wrong since the issue with the customize soldier arose. Strange thing is if I get a duplicate weapon skin I can access that duplicate from the customize menu.
@Pahgeechas Your screenshots look just like the ones posted earlier in this thread. I'm still having the same issue. Was yours fixed?
