I had the exact same thing...see my post below. Is there anything we can do about this? They don't seem to be fixing it and are giving the run around. It's obviously happening considering the number of comments here. Has anyone had it fixed? I was thinking of posting on reddit or somewhere to get their attention maybe? If someone figures out a good way for them to take action or gets theirs back, please let the rest of this know. I was banking mine too and they're all gone. Super frustrating.
