This is just a delay bug, or de-sync bug @Pasta_420 . Sometimes this will happen and some of your boosts may disappear. However they will appear back very soon.
Any boosts that you have lost, should be back in no time.
First - Love the game (when the sound, boosts, frame rate, etc. - are all working)!
Now the frustration...
I have noticed my boosts disappear/reappear countless times. Also, more often than not, boosts that I receive are unavailable to use in-game (No Boosts Available), rendering them - useless. This happens with any server/map combo, including Second Assault. Sometimes boosts become available as soon as I join a server or after a few respawns. Sometimes they go missing for hours, on any server. Restarting the game and/or Xbox seem to have no impact. I find no pattern for when I can use boosts vs. the game showing none available.
Profile corruption & associated loadout re-setup, missing/unavailable boosts, countless reboots due to game freeze (while in the middle or worse, just before the end of a round - Dawnbreaker, nearly every time), equal a significant loss of XP and game time.
I don't feel very premium ☹️
