Monitor turns off when I go to Fullscreen

When I start the game up in windowed mode it works fine but I have an issue. If I try to boot up fullscreen it turns off my monitor then turns it back on then all I can see is the bf1 cursor and all I hear is the music. I run the game very well (maxed out 60fps+) but my issue is that in windowed fullscreen the stutter is crazy and it ruins the game experience.

I have tried to find many fixes for this but none worked. I have changed v-sync settings, I have switched to dx11 and I even messed around with compatability mode but nothing seems to work

    Hey @ragnarok013 I have tried all of those things and nothing seems to work.

    If possible I will try to hook up my computer to a different monitor to see if that is the problem but if it isn't then I am blaming it on the game and will just have to live with it.
