Community ManagerRun the most recent nvidia driver setup again but this time choose advanced/custom install, deselect the optional components leaving only the video driver and PhysX, select the clean install check box and complete the installation. Reboot and retry. Oh, and a clean boot will not hurt: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
