I've heard of this bug back in BF4. Usually it had to do with controllers or joysticks interfering with the input. For example, you have a joystick connected to the computer and its X/Y is interfering with your mouse's X/Y. Let's see if any of the same methods would work to fix it here :
- Plug out any controllers, joysticks, wheels or the like you have on your computer.
- Set the joystick and controller deadzones in-game to 22% if it is below that, especially if at 0. It's at More -> Options -> Controls -> Advanced
- Sometimes disabling/enabling raw mouse input has been known to fix this. It's in the More -> Options -> Controls -> Basic
