Mouse cursor is invisible

When I'm in the spawn select and equipment screen in game, my cursor is completely invisible. If I'm careful I can still navigate menus, though it's extremely difficult to pick a spawn point.  This issue has only come up since upgrading, from Nvidia to AMD.  Is there a solution for this?
