Mouse input lag

Mouse input lag  with strange icons from origin on the right of the screen.Never had this problem before it happened randomly the ither day the game is unplayable.Please help http://imgur.com/V0oSYyP...

    Just to make sure no outside application is messing things up, try a clean boot (without disabling Punkbuster):

Finally  discovered what caused it.It was the mouse program .exe started task manager, edned the process and the input lag is gone.

Thank you for your response and suggestions it was very frustrating not to find it over a week.

As this was an outside application interfering with Battlefield 4 and a clean boot is mainly used to determine if this is the issue I will mark my former post as the solution so others with similar issues can see this troubleshooting method. I'm glad you found what you are looking for 🙂
