Mouse lag on BF4

So I've recently started playing again after buying a 1080ti and I seem to be getting mouse lag, which makes the game pretty much unplayable. I've not got a g-sync monitor, but I've got v-sync enabled and the game is only playing at 60fps to sync with my 60hz monitor, which I think is what it should be doing...

What could be causing this?
