Mouse stutter

Summarize your bug Moving my mouse causes stutter. The stutter gets even worse/noticeable when sprinting/walking at the same time as moving the mouse. When using a Gamepad however, the game runs as it should, smooth as butter. All my other games works flawlessly with my mouse/keyboard. Is there a fix for this issue? If not, I really hope there is an upcoming patch to address this.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The stutter is the most noticeably when strafing around corners/objects while looking at them.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stutter/Lag despite high framerate.
