Seems to be fixed with the new Logitech G HUB software for the mouse. instead of using Logitech gaming software.

Origin in game is disabled too, along with GPU overclocking. I've also deleted the config folders to reset all settings and repaired the game with no luck.The issue doesn't seem to be present in other games either.

Have you tried a clean reinstallation of the latest NVIDIA drivers? Which OS are you running and did the behavior start after the 980TI installation or an update to the game or OS?
