@BANKHEAD4 If he’s on Xbox he needs a Xbox Live game pass to play multiplayer.

He has xboxlive. We play other games together online with no issue.
are you suggesting that Xbox live gold is not enough to do multiplayer? That he must now purchase game pass as well?
- @BANKHEAD4 It could be the age rating of the game. When it comes to a child account? If so, are there certain limitations for multiplayer. The link might help.
