Even though a full week has passed, they could not help, so I will continue to look for the solution here. Here is the last email I sent them.
Message: I think I have pretty much the same problem as this friend. Answers HQ forum:
''I experienced a similar issue. I reached out to EA customer support multiple times. Initially, they seemed unable to resolve the problem, despite confirming that I owned the game on my account. The first agent advised clearing the cache and reinstalling the EA app, while another suggested I needed an EA subscription to play the game. A different agent recommended contacting Amazon Prime, claiming they controlled key access (Twitch Prime Gaming support denied having such access and stated it was an EA issue). Then, another agent contradicted this, saying I had to repurchase the game from their store. Then finally, I connected with a representative who understood my situation and escalated my case to a game developer. The game developer acknowledged the issue and assured me that they had experience dealing with similar problems and would work on a solution. They also confirmed that there was no need to repurchase the game since it was already on my account. Three months later, I was able to install the game. However, upon the first launch, it displayed a message stating "Your trial has expired." I contacted support again, explained the entire situation, and they were able to remove the trial status for me. I hope this information is helpful to someone facing a similar issue.''
I think you should be able to remove the trial version from my account for me. Because, as I said in previous e-mails, the game thought I was in a trial version and kicked me out of the game. I can't access the game anymore, and when I try to delete it and install it, it won't let me install it again. Where it should say "Download" it says "expired".
