- Go to help.ea.com
- Select Battlefield V from the game list.
- Then the "I need help loading my game" option should let you start a live chat

Even though a full week has passed, they could not help, so I will continue to look for the solution here. Here is the last email I sent them.

The game developer acknowledged the issue and assured me that they had experience dealing with similar problems and would work on a solution. They also confirmed that there was no need to repurchase the game since it was already on my account. Three months later, I was able to install the game. However, upon the first launch, it displayed a message stating "Your trial has expired." I contacted support again, explained the entire situation, and they were able to remove the trial status for me. I hope this information is helpful to someone facing a similar issue.''
I think you should be able to remove the trial version from my account for me. Because, as I said in previous e-mails, the game thought I was in a trial version and kicked me out of the game. I can't access the game anymore, and when I try to delete it and install it, it won't let me install it again. Where it should say "Download" it says "expired".
