My battlefield 4 premium got changed to standard. Chat support was of no use. Is the issue due to origin to EA APP migration? how to fix it? clearing cache and everything is of no use
Community ManagerHey there, moving from Origin to EA App shouldn't cause you to lose access to any content on your account. The display of the game tile might be different but you should still be able to access the content you've purchased in the past while using Origin. Are you able to access the DLCs content?
yes, I have all the DLCs but premium got changed to standard.
