I live in Canada it should be working, as the guy said I planned my night around this, way to be let down....I should have waited on at least got a box and stuff in store! MONEY MONEY MONEY they took mine...

Loida - Sorry for the long wait. I have checked our system and it seems that it's an ongoing issue. This case has already been forwarded to the specialists and it's currently under investigation.Loida - Any updates will be shown on the website as soon as this has been fixed. Its actually happening to most players whose release dates should be October 29.
