Whoever is lying about reselling used and / or illegal copies of games under a false identity should be reported to your local prosecuting attorney's offices. EA only sells on a direct basis through Origin, in which case, the CD Key is handled automatically.
I bought it from the Electronic Arts seller on Amazon.
So it's EA's fault.

I'm not sure why you would be directed back to us, the retailer is responsible for a purchase. At best support could verify that the code was indeed already used.
Amazon "sellers" are either Amazon themselves or 3rd party operators. If one is purporting to be Electronic Arts can you link their page? I checked the US site setting BF1 and I could only find Amazon and some other 3rd party sellers.
When we sell games directly, we do so through our Origin platform.- ApprovedAnonymous9 years ago
I have contacted amazon again a few hours earlier, and they said the same thing they did before.
I honestly don't know what to do at this point

Can I check what the seller was listed as within Amazon? What Amazon version/region did you buy the game from?
Earlier you mention not being able to get through to support, if this is happening can you can try swapping to a different browser or device, in case there's a local issue.
Checking on this it looks like there's an account issue that'll prevent you from playing even when you get the code issue resolved, so you'll want to get this cleared up.
