my bf4 portrait will not change for some reason

so my Battlelog portrait is Dima but when i go into bf4 its the Russian support class portrait Ive looked everywhere but cannot find an answer i know the game is old but its still fun to play so just...

@Kamadoprice1 Which portrait on battlelog are you talking about, there are a few. 🙂
