Okay please go to your Battlefield 4 game folder under /OriginGames and look out for the file called "config.sys". Delete this file and start Battlefield 4 again. This will reset your whole in-game setup including keybindings. Make sure that you don't press any key on your keyboard while loading the game and if you have setup any kind of macro on your keyboard or mouse, disable it.

In this case I recommend to completely remove your Battlefield 4 game from your computer in order to re-download and install it via Origin. It might be that some data got corrupted and Origin is not able to find and repair those files. Have you ever altered your windows mouse acceleration? You could also try to change the in-game graphic and resolution and check if the issue still exist if you play the game on "low" video-settings.
