My dog tag and knife are missing
I complete all the summer missions in 2017, and I got all the dog tags then. But now, my dog tag "Summer of Battlefield Elite" and Arditi Dagger Knife are missing. I still have the dog tags for each summer mission (Call to Action, Defend the Frontlines, The Next Frontier). I have contacted EA Help but they ask me to go to AHQ for help. Can someone help me get my missing items back?

Sorry to hear this happened to you.
However, this is something that EA Support needs to take care of, unfortunately we can't assist with this.
Have you tried contacting them again, to see if you're able to get this situated?
