Forum Discussion
Hi there,
Are you using Steam or EA app to launch the game? Also, could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

I am accessing from the EA application and it still gives the same problem. I deleted and reinstalled the EA application. There was something called "Recover" and I clicked on it and cleaned it. I checked if there was an update. Still no update.

Hi IRZZMAN
This megathread has a discussion that I think might be related to the problem you're facing, so it might be worth trying the solution there.

IRZZMAN Thanks for the information.
Just to add to what ElliotLH suggested, you can try these steps:Delete EA License Files:
- Make sure the EA app is closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
- Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
- Delete all files in the "License" folder.
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
- (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
I hope this helps!

I did what you wrote but it didn't work. I tried to save the sa app but it didn't work. Now I deleted both the app and the game and I'm reinstalling it.
