I recommend that you check the email address associated with your Origin account to see if an email notification of reset was sent out by EA or DICE. Punitive stat resets are given out for boosting, hacking, or violating the EA Terms of Service in game or in the forum but stat resets are always accompanied by an email notification. Be sure to check your spam or bulk mail folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
If you cannot find an email please email accountdisputes@ea.com for further clarification.
did not find any emails about my account being reset. its not only my progress but on my origins account it says i do not even own the game
