You must wait 48 hours of your purchase if it does not show up in that time and you checked your hidden games then

I ordered Battlefield 4 premium last night at 1036pm and now at 1152am, it is still not showing in my games, I have logged in and out about a 100 times, reinstalled origin client, the payment has been successful but for some reason the game is not accessible for download, order history is showing complete and processed, more than 12 hours later and nothing. disappointed to say the least, I was hoping to get started whilst it's the holidays  guess nothing can be done now until support staff come back from their holidays 

Before you purchased premium did you buy the base game ? You need the base game to play bf4 and premium wont show up in "my games" if you have the base game just press your bf4 icon and press " show details" or the "i" button scroll down and you will see it in the bf4 expansion set but if you don't have the base game sorry but you will need to buy it to be able to play the game also if you have the base game and you don't see premium in expansion set wait 48 hours if it does not show up contact support and follow the instructions above BUT NOTE you need the base game just keep that in mind

played BF4 and bought premium. I downloaded CR dlc because it came up as free but premium is acting as if i need to buy it again, what gives?
