Hi,
sorry for using your thread but I have a similar issue: in my case even the assignment description won't show up as you can see in my battlelog profile. There is just an empty check box with a question mark.
I have to mention that the assignments worked flawlessly at the beginning which is also indicated by the yellow bars below the assignment thumbnails. I had to renew my Battlefield copy through the EA support because of some other issue, however, after my previous Battlefield 4 Premium Edition was changed to a Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe Edtion with the additional Premium package my phantom assignments stopped working. I don't know if your assignments are still tracked in the game itself as reported by other users (so just a battlelog display bug) but in my case there is also no change in the game itself when displaying the assignment progress after a round has finished.
Furthermore I'm not able to re-activate the phantom assignments with the passwords as the log shows following message:
Spoilerdracut: Scanning devices sda2 for LVM logical volumes sysvg/root sysvg/swap
dracut: inactive '/dev/sysvg/root' [28.88 GiB] inherit

Phase 4 now active. Physical access restriction in place. Therefore I suspect somehow the Battlefield version change itself as the root cause of my issue. Is there any possibility to deactivate the phantom assignments so that I can re-activate them?
