my product code's invalid
About 3 years ago I bought "battlefield 2142 deluxe edition" ,but since then I haven't played it .Until recently, i dust it off,but I can't register.It said that my product code is invalid. How ridiculous! I only played it once .Now I got a disk , a pamphlet with the code behind it,and a card sent to me when i was bought in China .I forgot my previous account,password,e-mail box,but does that matter? Now I have my game but can't register it and play again just because of that stupid code .I hope EA can solve it ASAP, CAUSE I'M EXHAUSTED.Please don't let me down.If you wanna contact me,here's my email:[edit: email address removed].
Sometimes older games can cause trouble with code redemption directly with the Origin client. To redeem your code with Origin, please try to activate your codes on following activation website. Get sure that you are logged in with your Origin account. If you still having trouble, get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can help you to get back in to your game!
