my xbox one gamertag is linked to an origin account i cant access

I play bf4 on Xbox one, and it says my game is linked to an origin account that is not the one I use. I thought it might be an old account i may have created but I was unable to log into anything relating to the linked account. I also searched it on origin and there was no search results. So either the account doesn't exist and it's stuck in limbo or if it does exist, I need it unlinked so I can link it to my current origin acount that I use and have access too. I can't do anything battle log related with my game cause I can't link my origin account to it. Please help me solve this issue. Thank you.
