13 years agoi have the same issue as drawxy has: i login to the Origin Store page > select 'Get it Now' > select 'Launch Origin' > Origin opens, i login to Origin > Origin asks for product key > ??? what product key? where? i've been through this procedure about 20 times punctuated with various computer restarts, cache clears, browser upgrades and downgrades, email checks (in case the key was sent to me via email) and so on... and it's same deal each time. where is this elusive key?

Could I ask you to try it directly from within the Origin client again, please?
Launch Origin, go to the store, click on Demos at the top bar and then on the "Get it now" button. From my own experience this should add the game to your library without any further complications.
Please let me know if this works.
Thanks.
Hi liquidustalon,
The Studio and the Origin team are looking into this right now, we will update you when we have more information at hand. In the meantime, and if you are a bit tech-savy, you might want to try the workaround posted by ston3cold in this thread: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-1942/Battlefield-1942-Invalid-Serial-Key/m-p/175664#M50
Thank you for your patience.
