(NEED HELP!) Does deluxe edition cover all new weapons and future DLC?

(Important Question, NEED HELP!!) if i pay to upgrade to Deluxe Edition, does that give me access to the new weapons and future DLC the way a season pass does? Or do I need to buy the premium edition that costs fifty dollars?

    You need premium for the future DLC, the weapons come with DLC.
