Need to make my higher ranked soldier the active, playable one on xbox one

On Battlelog, my xbox 360 solider rank 107 is set to active.  My rank 30 xbox one soldier is inactive.  I played my rank 107 before on xbox one but now it is a no-show.  I tried clearing my xbox cach...

    Yes.  After 6 hours and 4 different chat sessions they told me to post the issue here and just wait for someone to fix it.  I dont think anyone will see this post and do anything about it though.

      @schmellyXX can you try to check your active profile on battlelog via a pc?
