Negative side of high ping for others ?
Does a ping between 200-300 affect other players gameplay or server in anyway ?

fillr8t, yes it affects others.
You could appear 'jittery' to the other gamers, magically appearing/disappearing in different spots dependent on how high your ping jumps.
