Network issue

Summarize your bug https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/discussion/145095/connection-to-ea-online-timed-out-your-network-bandwidth-and-or-network-latency-may-not cannot connect to oceanic servers from my brothers account scydemon but can connect to north America servers can connect with my account same network same computer. want to tell me again how its my network or isp, or are you going to fix this 8=====D  issue its been over 6 months now and I require a fix now, or two refunds coming to a total of $300 usd plus interest or credit made from my cash and also time spent on the accounts. I think thats fair considering we both lvl 100+ and while your at it id like a refund on my bf 3 bf 2 bad company bf veiatnam and 2142 as well unless you can fix this issue cause im quite pissed and your support has been worse than telstra's

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? copy scydemons account and log into it to au servers

    @arfa__666 I understand how frustrated you are but @iluminatethesky is only trying to help. If posting on AHQ then please refrain from insulting other users in replies, there is absolutely no reason to be unkind to any other user especially one that is trying to help you get your game working. 

    Were you able to try using your mobile hotspot to connect to see what server it put you on, I recently had an issue with my gaming and streaming services not working as the IP my ISP issued me with was showing me as being on the other side of the world. If you could try and let us know what happens we can take it from there.

    It's an issue with the server system Darko, we can join servers all over the world fine, stream and use every other internet service fine, join servers we haven't been to before locally fine.

    It's ONLY when joining our regular servers that the issue occurs like in my video, it seems like its caching old info or something, or maybe referencing the accounts database wrong i'm not sure.

    I haven't had the issue with bf4 yet...only bf1.

    same account different network/ computer and still no worky, I think scydemon account is broken may you fix, English no good lol

    @Matty101yttam Please try the steps that were suggested. Can you try using your mobile hotspot to see if the issue occurs there, the more information we have the easier and quicker we can help get you sorted and back into the game.

    Have tried everything...

    hotspot

    opening ports

    rebooting modem

    resetting modem

    changing modem

    re-install bf1

    swapping between upnp on-off

    making sure no pc firewalls are interfering

    turning off all non essential software

    flushing dns

    umm...so many things i cant remember them all

    as you'll see in my video i get it to work purely in game without exiting which suggests that it isn't the client end rather the server end.

    when i do get connected(to the same servers i couldn't at the start of the video) there is no problem whatsoever, low ping no indicators fully functional....it's not us
