New PC, GeForce GTX . Stuttering/Packet Loss

All new hardware, running a GeForce 780 gtx with up to date drivers.Levels take forever to load and game is stuttering,in game test reports packet loss. Internet connection is fine and all other games run perfect. Is there some sort of patch of recent fix needed to get the game running properly?
