9 years agoHello, I am also having the exact same issue and I have been trying to figure out the problem for a couple days now, even did an online chat with a tech guy for an hour and still nothing. I would appreciate it if you could share any info you may receive from that phone call if it works out for you.

9 years agoAfter being on the phone for a while and doing a UO test we found my ping min/max was bad and my package loss was off. I called my internet provider and was recomended to attach an Ethernet cord and it worked!
