I understand your frustration. Perhaps joystick support will be added in a future update but, if you are not willing to wait and see if that happens, you can Request a Refund Here.
Thanks Dark. I was granted the refund last night. I appreciate the guidance on that.
I know all things change and progress, and a majority of the progression has been positive. Though planes spawning in flight, no flight stick support and a couple other things were deal breakers for me. But that's because I like the air combat piece. I wish the DEVS would get their minds around the fact that PC gamers don't want to be boxed in when it comes to peripherals such as flight sticks. If we wanted to get that Xbox experience, well we would be playing on Xbox's now wouldn't we? And being that this franchise launched and became the success it is BECAUSE of PC Gaming....It's just a slap in the face.
