No Hit Markers after Lupkow Pass Update

Summarize your bug My guns are shooting players point blank and they are getting hit, but do the action friendlies do when fired at. No hit markers/ kills.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea how. I have the issue and a lot of my friends who play have it, and it just happens when you fire at someone up close.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you're shooting someone up close, or within 15-20m or so, the shots are fired and the enemy is HIT, because they do the same action that a friendly does when you shoot them. You can see blood spatter and everything, but they just do not die or even act like they're not being shot at.
