No Hit Markers During Gameplay BF1 Xbox Series x

Hello Everyone, I just started playing BF1 again and experiencing no hit markers when hitting someone directly in front of you dead on.  Is this a known issue or a setting of some sort.  I am level 1...

    Hey @ShiftyA95  under gameplay settings what settings do you have under Hit? 

    Example: 

    /Atic

Hello,  My apologies for the late reply so I have one video to share but have many.  I am not the only one complaining about no hit markers and would like for EA to address this or look into it please.  I know this game is old but it is a great game to play.  So on behalf of numerous people playing this game I sure hope they can rectify the issue.  Please let me know if this video works and what else I can help with.  

If you double click on just the video portion it will open the video up for viewing and then decrease the size for quality.
