No Mastery Dog Tags
I have mastered both the DBV-12 and the ACE 52 CQB but it wont give me the dog tags for them.

Then you probably got some of the kills before March 3 update, which introduced these tags. Only kills scored after the update count towards some of the tags (including DBV-12 and ACE 52 CQB).
Long story short, you might need some extra kills.
