No metals given to my account,for 25 kills during easter

than you most likely did the same mistake as me and didnt claim it on battlelog. I got mine from support yesterday.

Please do the following:

Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/.

1. Go to contact us

2. Press Battlefield 1/Your Platform and select the problem you are having

3. Press Contact options

4. Scroll to chat and specify your problem

5. Press Chat now

If there is no chat option available, please call customer service on your phone.

I also think that it is because it is not "over". Officially it is, but in the UI of the game, you can see that the assignment is still showed in the main page. Wait for the next UI update and when it goes off, you'll get it there. It did the same to me for another dog tag few weeks ago.

Was it a ranked or custom server? If it was unranked no points are awarded nor kills tracked.
