I have opened ports, tried a diffferent browser, re-installed the game, re-isntalled origin, and also repaired the game through origin.

-What OS do you use?
-What are your system specs?
-Can you start a game then press ALT+CTRL+DEL > Select Task Manager > Press 'More Details' > Press performance > What does the RAM, CPU, Ethernet & HDD say?

Hi there killerwhalsam
-Im using windows 8.1 at the moment just recently updated.
- system specs are as followed (AMD A10 - 4600M APU with Radeon HD graphics card 2.30 GHz, 8GB RAM, 64 bit OS)
- I managed to get test range open and the CPU = 68.3%, Memory = 1,362.4MB, Disk = 0.1MB and Network = 0Mbps

-Repair Game -
To use Repair Install for your game:
- Go to My Games in Origin
- Right-click the game image
- Select "Repair Install"

-Ping with UOTrace - http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-uo-trace/
-DXDiag - http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/]
