No Sound and Cut-scenes/Cinematics play too fast.

Hey! I've been having an issue with BF1. I've been able to play it on this laptop before. I had it installed on my SSD which i decided to move to my HDD a while ago and it still worked then. I later decided to wipe my laptop to clean things up, reinstalled the game to find there was no sound in any part of the game and the cut-scenes/cinematics play too fast. I called up EA and they said it's probably due to the system requirements. They said I'd need a new graphics card, but I can't see how that is the issue when I've played the game perfectly on the same graphics card before. They said it could also be my sound drivers and told me to download a driver that when I went to install, came up with the error 'The driver is obsolete'. So please, someone help me! I have been dying to play this game having this problem for over a year now...

    Check under sound devices in Win10 configuration and see if the Realtek or heatset sound device of choice is selected as main output device.

    if not:

    After reinstalling a Windows Operating System it's important to reinstall a few components manually afterwards. Also note that some driver updates will not work until you have installed all Windows updates on your system and have rebooted when asked.

    If you will visit the page of your laptop supplier and enter your laptop model number(s) you might be able to find a list made for your OS as well. If not you cannot always (preference) get the drivers from other sources on the web:

    -LAN (not in your HW list) and or WiFi drivers

    -Integrated Chipset Device Software Driver

    -Sound & Video drivers 

    -Windows updates

    Also try running the game from the Net-adapter rather then the built in battery and see if it helps also if possible try a wired Network connection rather then a WiFi network. Good luck!
