Hi again, your graphics card should be called something such as Intel HD 3000 or HD 4000.
The game will not run very well at all for you. You could try setting everything to low in the graphics settings in-game.

The only thing I can find is
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G2020T @ 2.50GHz (2 CPUs)
and
Intel(R) HD Graphics

Try setting the graphics to Low anyways. I'm guessing its an Intel 3000 or maybe a 4000 you have.
As I've mentioned already Intel graphics are designed mainly for 'watching' stuff rather than 'playing stuff, if you know what I mean.

I have tried that but it didn't get any better. The only things I can sometimes see are the HUD and occasionally the clouds. Sucks to know this computer is pretty much trash even though its only 6 months old.
