Not enough war bonds to buy all weapons.

No it doesn't, individual classes ranks do not affect warbonds or their availability. So if you are 70 or above and don't have enough Warbonds to purchase all weapons and vehicle variations than you are experiencing the bug as well. This bug is still not resolved for me, and a EA support agent submitted my studio ticket to DICE over a week ago. I haven't received any acknowledgement of receipt of my ticket since then so I can only assume it is deep in a queue of untouched backlog. I hope that DICE is able to roll out a hotfix of sorts and provide players with Warbonds in faith at the very least, the game has been out too long for game breaking bugs like being unable to access all of the content.
