Same problem as well on PS4. Level 86 with 220 war bonds with 3 items remaining. The pilot and tanker class weapons and also the Light Howitzer, and if I believe, should be available at level 1 of the tanker class, so a definite bug I'm seeing.
Also, has any of you guys experienced having your stats reset and you have to basically re-buy the item again. The first time this happened I accidentally just bought it again and that probably took away war bonds permanently and the second time, I quit the server and that seemed to work. Have filed a ticket and sent a personal email as well so hopefully we all get answers.

Thanks for the feedback; it's good to know it's getting looked at. As it stands, I won't be able to purchase the level 10 weapons until this is patched. If I had known that getting to rank 70 wasn't going to give me enough warbonds, I would have saved them :/
Same Issue here missing 400 Warbounds to buy the last sniper weapons...hope this will be fixed soon. Talked with the Ea Support...they cant help.
