Not receiving all experience

I'm having a lot of fun with the new double XP boost for this week, but I have seriously been gimped of at least three levels. I'm only receiving half of the experience I'm supposed to get during matches. My game shows me that I've leveled up several times for the same level. It's happening to my friend as well. What is going on? PC version.

This match I received 40,000 experience in total. That would have leveled me to 24, but yet only 20,000 experience shows up for me. What is going on?
