Not recieving xp for conquest service stars bf4

Hi. I am having a problem the conquest service stars for battlefield 4.Once double xp started on 10/26 I stopped recieving service stars for conquest in game. my battlelog is showing that I got 7 ser...

You stop getting points for service stars after a certain amount. How many CQ service stars do you currently have?

    this started at 14 service stars
