Not-understandable missing ping in-game

Pings are always correctly displayed in the server browser of battlelog (IE, Firefox, Chrome).

Pinging (ICMP echo request) to my PC from other PC/LTE Phone (outside from my home network) replyed correctly

But no, in-game score-board always show - instead of my ping.

Everthing of game is fine even the network statictics (like This screenshot ) only execpt the missing ping in-game and some of server admin kick me for the missing ping.

Thus, I believe the problem is not my PC or network but poor-static ping check method of the Battlefield 4 server programing.

Why don't you make the ping check method of server side more adaptive by adding some fall-back method for whom their ping is missing in server side? (like TCP ping - ping through TCP 80 port as well as ICMP echo request - its so simple because even some free apps of google play market like ping tools support is)

And DO NOT answer me with opening ports as I don't have control over my ISP.

I even bought a new router. Didn't fix it. Called my wierless provider. No problems there. Went to my brothers house, signed in, and played on his wierless. Didn't work either. I just dont know. If it isn't your server, then what? I should just go buy another pc? ...hmmm. How's that sound? So fn stupid!
