Official Server.. How to remove hackers ?

I believe you analysis of the current situation to be correct. You can do nothing while set to Official and it's very hard to get people on while it's set to Ranked.
I would suggest leaving your feedback about this on the Battlelog forums.
- Carbonic is correct, while your server is set to official you have little to no admin rights until you remove the "official" flag and just run it as a ranked server.
Thats fine and Dandy.. but while its on Ranked there is no traffic.. on Official we fill up fairly quick..
Official servers need a proper way to get Hackers removed... ive been rather sick today.. had the server on Official.. looked on Procon the same hacker that was terrorising my server yesterday was back on.. chatting in Admin chat and Invisible skin... we reported him quite a few times yesterday
Well since no official way has been provided.. ive written a plugin for Procon
When a known hacker GUID is connecting the server automatically restarts... not great.. but with Official mode on the server fills up (15-30mins).. on Ranked the server can go days without traffic...
