It seems the bug starts in the 1st round of the day and then never stops till the server becomes empty (also the other way around, when it has a good start where both balancer work then it stays working every round the rest if the day on that server) : https://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_live/comments/9ybdus/battlefield_1_pc_i_found_something_out_about_the/ > with that knowledge I tried to go to "server admin" > actions tab : restart round, in 1 of my full servers this morning but it didn't fix the issue. I hoped it would activate the skill based squad balancer but it did not.
On 7 December 2018 the mid-round balancer has been deactivated on all pc servers and it had the opposite effect. In may 2018 that solved it for the more important skill based squad balancer, it became fully functional and maybe they thought it would be the same again. But it had the opposite effect now it never works. 14narch 2019 there was server maintenance it fixed this 2 balamcers being bugged problem on irish pc servers but my german server still has the problems. I made a topic here https://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_live/comments/b8ziba/bf1_pc_14_march_2019_there_was_a_server/ it has been 6 months now. FIX IT. The majority of European servers are german. COPY PASTE the settings of the irish servers to the german servers.
