One credit card 2 Hardline buying problem in two diferent accounts
I have one credit card and I always pay for two, my account and my girlfriend account and last week when the ecommerce site of origin made the payment effective one account got the confirmation of the game and the other one got and error 10058 no description at all.
My CC can have more than one charge of the same product so its not a plastic problem its an origin problem.
I did a reserved my game on 02/03 and two days away from the launch its seems no one care in support to solve my problem, I report this on Wednesday and they say they will escalade this but I didn't have news o emails about this.
Also there is no other payment method like "paypal" so its a credit card or its a credit card. I don't have a second card so don't bother to propose that.
I hope I can get an answer
